There’s a reason why this is first up on the list. Clarity about…
- Who you are
- What you’re doing
- Why you’re doing it
- who, what, why: leads toward…
- How you will do it
- When you’re doing it
- & Where you’re going to do it
This clarity can only make “doing it” more effortless, efficient, and enjoyable.
Without such clarity, a deep understanding of “who you are, what you're doing and why,” then how, when, and where become deeply unclear and lack... heart-based fuel (purpose, passion, and play).
No, I'm not suggesting you go through this clarity list with every single task that crosses your task list. However, what I am suggesting is to understand the value and need for being profoundly clear about this.
As it relates to solopreneurship (and many other expressions), there are three levels of clarity:
- Who I am and what I do that adds genuine value.
- Why I do what I do, and how it affects people's lives.
- When and where I deliver this value - focused work.
If you can become profoundly clear about the above three things, beyond just a general or flippant sense, but through a deeply heart-based discovery that honors your human journey, you'll increase your internal resources (heart-based fuel) that help you get things done and make meaningful progress.
