Who am I?

I am embodied consciousness, growing day by day in awareness of my true nature. I am the creatress of my life experience. Knowing this truth is both exciting and empowering, yet... I don't live from that awareness 100% of the time. Sometimes I find myself caught in old patterns of conditioned behavior / limited thinking. Most of the time I am in a state of wonder and appreciation for the gift of this life in all its facets.
