Hi, I am retired in Mexico at Lake Chapala, living my fine life in sun and warmth where gardening is a delight at every turn in every season.  I have a spot on my patio where I sit with my morning coffee and feel bubbles of joy and magic. Not every moment afterward is joy and magic, but it’s a good start to the day. 
Animals are one of my passions.  I am involved in a couple of projects in my community regarding animals , projects that utilize my skills gathered in during my pre retirement life. I am overjoyed to contribute to the community, meet new people who have different ideas and conditioning, and to learn more about myself in deeper ways.  A team I am part of is causing me to dive inward and learn. I am 79 and amazed at what vitality is possible all the while recognizing some fear of what is to come.  I appreciate and cultivate deep communion with people as much as possible, staying mostly in a hopeful and positive state of mind, knowing that we have an impact on our world.  I hope I’m never too busy to share heart and mind.m
